A three days’ Entrepreneurship development training programme on “Hygienic and Value added Meat Products” – 26-28 December, 2023

A three days’ Entrepreneurship development training programme on “Hygienic and Value added Meat Products” with the fund support from ICAR-NRC on Meat, Hyderabad was organized by Sasya Shyamala Krishi Vigyan Kendra, RKMVERI during 26-28 December, 2023. Twenty five rural youths attached to different FPCs of South 24 Parganas district selected by the District ARD Dept. participated in the programme. Dr. Sarbaswarup Ghosh, SMS (Vet and Animal Sc) of our KVK coordinated the programme. Dr. Gopal Patra, Assistant Professor, WBUAFS, Dr. Pulak Banerjee, WBLDC, Dr. Krishna Prasad Mukherjee, BLDO, Sonarpur Block, Dr. Abadhut Dey, SMS (Animal Sc.), Dr. Sarbaswarup Ghosh, Mrs. Tapasi Naru, an entrepreneur acted as resource persons and facilitated the training programme.
