On June 11, 2026, Sasya Shyamala KVK (SSKVK), RKMVERI hosted a Certificate Distribution Programme for the outgoing students of the 12th and 13th batches completing the DAESI course, conducted by the Nodal Training Institute (NTI)-SSKVK, RKMVERI.
Dr. Swagat Ghosh, Senior Scientist and Head of SSKVK, RKMVERI, delivered the welcome address to the participants. Dr. Debojyoti Mahalanobis, Consultant for the DAESI programme at SAMETI-WB, also conveyed his best wishes to all the participants. Following this, the DAESI batch coordinators—Dr. Krishnendu Ray, SMS (Agronomy) for the 12th batch, and Dr. Prasenjit Kundu, SMS (Horticulture) for the 13th batch—announced the students’ results, highlighting those who achieved distinctions and first divisions, while congratulating them on their success. Dr. Abhijit Ghosal, SMS (Plant Protection), encouraged the students to stay connected with the KVK even after completing their course. Students from both batches then shared their experiences from the past year. Finally, the Respected Brahmachari Soumitra Maharaj, Monk-in-charge of SSKVK, RKMVERI, blessed the students for their future endeavors. The event was compered by Mr. Jayanta Roy and Mr. Smritimay Shasmal, the facilitators for the 12th and 13th batches, respectively.
